This policy explains how Peak Sprinklers handles information when you use our website, request a sprinkler blowout, or contact us about service.

Information you provide

The request form collects your name, phone number, email address, service street address and town, zone count, preferred dates, time preference, and any optional notes you choose to provide. We also receive information you share when you email or call us.

Please leave payment card numbers, gate codes, passwords, and other sensitive access details out of the form. Coordinate necessary access directly with Kevin.

How your information is used

We use your details to respond to your request, check service coverage and pricing, schedule and perform service, send request confirmations, and communicate about your visit. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing email list.

Providers involved

• Website hosting: Vercel hosts the website and processes form requests. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request times to operate and protect the site. See Vercel’s privacy notice.
• Email: Resend delivers the service request to Peak Sprinklers and sends a confirmation to the email address you enter. Requests and replies are handled through Peak Sprinklers’ Gmail mailbox. Your form details and email delivery information are processed by these providers. See Resend’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
• Fonts: The main website loads fonts from Google, so your browser makes requests to Google to display them.
• Card payments: If you pay by card after service, payment is handled through Square. The website request form does not collect payment card information.

Storage and retention

The website does not maintain a separate customer database. Submitted requests are sent by email, and email copies and delivery records can remain with Peak Sprinklers and its providers. Service correspondence and related records are retained as needed to handle requests, provide service, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Provider retention practices may differ.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can call instead of using the online form. To ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion, email peaksprinklersnoco@gmail.com. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information. Some records may need to be retained to meet applicable legal obligations.
