These terms explain Peak Sprinklers’ residential sprinkler blowout service, pricing, and scheduling process.

Service area and scope

Peak Sprinklers is family operated and serves Fort Collins, Loveland, Timnath, Windsor, and Wellington in Northern Colorado. Addresses outside these towns require coverage confirmation. HOA and commercial requests are quoted individually and accepted selectively.

A residential sprinkler blowout includes a quick system inspection and notes on visible issues to plan for spring. Fall repairs are not included.

Pricing

The price is $85 for 1–6 zones, plus $5 for each additional zone through 16. A 16-zone system is $135. Systems with more than 16 zones require an individual quote. If you do not know your zone count, choose “Not sure” and Kevin will clarify it with you.

The website calculates an estimate from the zone count you enter. Kevin confirms the actual zone count and final price before service. HOA and commercial pricing is confirmed separately.

Service confirmation and scheduling

For residential requests within the listed service towns and up to 16 zones, the confirmation means your sprinkler blowout is accepted. Kevin will schedule your visit on one of your preferred dates and contact you with the exact date and time. Requests for larger systems or unlisted locations remain subject to quote or coverage confirmation.

The form lets you provide up to three preferred dates; it does not select an exact appointment time or create a calendar reservation. Keep an eye on your email and phone for Kevin’s follow-up within one business day.

Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm Mountain Time. Saturdays are by arrangement. Sundays are closed. Same-day or urgent requests must be discussed by phone; availability and any surcharge are confirmed individually.

Getting ready for the visit

• Provide access to the backflow preventer.
• Make the sprinkler shutoff accessible, including indoor access if needed.
• Secure pets before the visit.

Provide accurate contact, address, and service information. Coordinate access details directly with Kevin rather than putting sensitive codes in the request form.

Payment

No advance payment is collected through this website. Pay after service using a card through the Square reader or cash.

Changes, cancellations, and weather

If you need to change or cancel a request or appointment, call or email Peak Sprinklers as soon as possible. If weather or access affects a visit, contact Kevin to work out the next steps.
