BEFORE YOUR VISIT

Prepare for your
sprinkler blowout.

Updated October 15, 2026

A little preparation helps your sprinkler blowout go smoothly. Here’s what to have ready before Peak Sprinklers arrives at your Northern Colorado home.

The essentials

Make the backflow preventer and sprinkler shutoff accessible, arrange any indoor access, and secure pets before the visit.

  1. Check your date and time

Kevin will schedule your visit on one of your preferred dates and contact you with the exact date and time. If you need to change your preferences, reply to your confirmation email or call 970-420-9097.

Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm Mountain Time. Saturdays are by arrangement; Sundays are closed.

  2. Make the backflow preventer accessible

Clear a path so Kevin can reach the backflow preventer. If you’re unsure where it is or have questions about access, let Kevin know before the visit.

  3. Arrange access to the sprinkler shutoff

Make sure the sprinkler shutoff is accessible. If it is indoors, arrange indoor access with Kevin when he confirms your appointment.

Whether you need to be home depends on the access arrangements. Coordinate directly with Kevin before the visit.

  4. Secure pets and coordinate entry

Secure pets before we arrive. Discuss any gates or other entry arrangements directly with Kevin. Keep gate codes and other sensitive access details out of the website form.

  5. Check your zone count, if you know it

You can usually check the stations on your sprinkler controller. If you’re unsure of the zone count, choose “Not sure” on the form. Kevin will clarify the zone count and final price before service.

A residential blowout costs $85 for 1–6 zones, plus $5 per extra zone through 16. Larger systems need a quote. See the full price table.

  6. Plan to pay after service

No advance payment is collected through the website. Pay after service with a card through the Square reader or cash.

What your blowout includes

Service includes a quick system inspection and notes on visible issues to plan for spring. Fall repairs are not included. HOA and commercial requests are quoted individually and accepted selectively.
